Our Instant Power Commercial Drain Cleaner is used for the treatment and maintenance of restaurant kitchens, restrooms, and grease traps. Beneficial bacteria digest fats, oils, and greases (FOG) along with other organic waste that accumulates in these drains and grease traps. Regular use keeps drain lines free flowing and significantly reduces the cost of frequent grease trap pumping.
What is it used for?
It is used for clearing slow drains, eliminating odors, and for regular maintenance to keep drains free flowing.
WHAT IS IT NOT USED FOR?
It is not intended to clear drains and systems that are completely clogged.
TIP:
The longer you leave this product in the drain, the more organic material it will dissolve.
Directions:
- Shake well before use.
- Apply after use of water has ceased or slowed to its lowest level of the day (least amount of system activity).
- To maximize effectiveness, allow product to sit in drain lines or grease trap undisturbed.
KITCHEN AND RESTROOM TREATMENT:
Slow Drain: Mix 8 ounces with 18-24oz. of warm water and apply down drain. Apply daily until drain improves. Flush with 8-12oz. warm water.
Preventative Maintenance: Once a week, or as needed, pour 8oz. down each drain. Flush with 8-12oz. warm water.
GREASE TRAP TREATMENT:
Based on 500 gallon grease trap capacity. See chart for dosing guidelines.
Shock: Once a week, mix 32oz. with 2-3 quarts of warm water and apply down drain nearest to the grease trap.
Maintenance: Twice a week, mix 16oz. with 2-3 quarts of warm water and apply down drain nearest to the grease trap.
